The Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management Course is designed to equip professionals with the comprehensive skills and knowledge required to efficiently source, store, move, and deliver goods and services while minimizing costs, managing risks, and maximizing value. Whether operating in the public, private, or non-profit sector, mastering the interconnected functions of procurement and supply chain management is essential for ensuring reliability, resilience, and sustainability.

This course provides an in-depth exploration of procurement strategies, supplier management, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance, alongside core logistics components such as inventory control, transportation, warehousing, and distribution planning. It also examines broader supply chain concepts including demand forecasting, supply planning, risk management, and performance measurement, providing participants with a holistic view of the end-to-end supply chain process.

Through practical case studies, simulations, and interactive exercises, participants will learn to develop procurement plans, evaluate suppliers, manage inventory, coordinate logistics operations, and implement supply chain improvements. The course also integrates modern tools and technologies such as e-procurement, ERP systems, and data analytics to support digital transformation and enhance decision-making across supply chain functions.

By the end of the course, participants will have developed the technical and strategic capabilities to streamline operations, improve service delivery, reduce waste, and build resilient supply chains. The training is ideal for professionals working in procurement, logistics, operations, and supply chain roles who are seeking to strengthen their performance and impact in dynamic and demanding environments.
