Course Introduction

Youth-Led Community Innovation and Social Change is a dynamic course designed to empower young people as active drivers of transformation within their communities. It focuses on building leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills that enable youth to design and implement impactful social change initiatives.

The course explores the role of youth as innovators in addressing pressing community challenges such as unemployment, inequality, climate change, education gaps, and social exclusion. Participants will learn how to turn ideas into actionable solutions that create measurable community impact.

A strong emphasis is placed on innovation methodologies, including design thinking, social entrepreneurship, and participatory approaches. These tools help youth identify problems, generate creative solutions, and implement sustainable community-based interventions.

The training also highlights leadership development and civic engagement, equipping young people with the confidence and skills to influence decision-making processes at local, national, and global levels. It emphasizes youth participation in governance and development planning.

Participants will explore digital innovation and technology-driven solutions for social change, including the use of social media, mobile applications, and online platforms to mobilize communities and scale youth-led initiatives.

Training Approach

This course will be delivered by our skilled trainers who have vast knowledge and experience as expert professionals in the fields. The course is taught in English and through a mix of theory, practical activities, group discussion and case studies. Course manuals and additional training materials will be provided to the participants upon completion of the training.

Training Venue 

The training will be held at our Upskill Training Centre. We also offer training for a group (at a discount of 10% to 50%) at requested location all over the world. The Onsite course fee covers the course tuition, training materials, two break refreshments, buffet lunch, airport transfers, Upskill gift package, and guided tour.
