Course Introduction
Negotiation and strategic decision-making are critical leadership skills that determine access to opportunities, resources, and influence in both professional and personal contexts. Despite increasing participation in leadership and business, many women still face structural and social barriers that limit their bargaining power. These include unequal access to information, confidence gaps, institutional bias, and lack of negotiation training. This program directly addresses these challenges.
A key focus of the course is building advanced negotiation techniques that enable participants to advocate for themselves and others effectively. Participants will learn preparation strategies, communication techniques, and value-based negotiation frameworks used in high-stakes environments.

Training Venue
The training will be held at our Upskill Training Centre. We also offer training for a group (at a discount of 10% to 50%) at requested location all over the world.
