Course Introduction
Women’s Leadership in Public Sector Reform and Governance Course is designed to strengthen the capacity of women leaders, policymakers, and public administrators to actively drive governance reforms, institutional transformation, and inclusive policy implementation. The course emphasizes leadership effectiveness in complex public systems.
The training explores how women’s leadership contributes to improved transparency, accountability, and efficiency in public sector governance. Participants will examine how inclusive leadership practices enhance institutional performance and strengthen citizen trust in government systems and services.
A key focus of the course is addressing structural barriers that limit women’s participation and advancement in public sector leadership, including institutional bias, unequal opportunities, and governance gaps that hinder equitable representation in decision-making roles.
The course also examines global public sector reform agendas, including decentralization, digital governance, anti-corruption systems, and public service modernization, with a strong focus on how women leaders can shape and influence these reforms effectively.
Participants will engage with practical case studies, leadership frameworks, and governance tools that demonstrate how women leaders successfully drive institutional reform while promoting inclusivity, accountability, and sustainable development outcomes.

Training Venue
