Course Introduction

Women’s leadership in governance, ethics, and accountability is increasingly recognized as a driving force for transparent, responsive, and people-centered institutions. This course equips participants with leadership competencies to strengthen integrity systems and promote ethical governance practices across sectors.

In many governance systems, persistent challenges such as corruption, weak accountability structures, and limited inclusion continue to undermine development outcomes. This course addresses these gaps by positioning women leaders as key agents of institutional transformation and ethical reform.
