Introduction

Women’s representation in leadership and political spaces is critical for inclusive governance, equitable policy-making, and sustainable development. The Women’s Leadership and Political Participation Training Course equips participants with knowledge, skills, and strategies to enhance women’s active participation in political and decision-making arenas.
