Course Introduction

Transformative community development focuses on deep, structural, and sustainable change within communities rather than short-term interventions. This course provides advanced knowledge and practical methodologies for designing and implementing transformative approaches that empower communities to drive their own development processes.

The program explores key theories and frameworks that underpin transformative development practice, including empowerment, participation, systems thinking, and social innovation. Training Venue 

The training will be held at our Upskill Training Centre. We also offer training for a group (at a discount of 10% to 50%) at requested location all over the world. The Onsite course fee covers the course tuition, training materials, two break refreshments, buffet lunch, airport transfers, Upskill gift package, and guided tour.
