Course Introduction

Training of Trainers (TOT) for HR Professionals is designed to develop the knowledge, instructional expertise, and facilitation skills required to deliver impactful workplace learning programs that improve employee performance and organizational capability. Human resource professionals play a strategic role in developing talent, transferring knowledge, supporting organizational change, and strengthening workforce competencies.
