Introduction

Effective project design requires a clear understanding of how interventions lead to desired change, making the Theory of Change (ToC) and Impact Pathways essential tools for project planners and development practitioners. This course provides a deep, practical understanding of how to design, articulate, and apply a Theory of Change that strengthens program logic, enhances accountability, and improves results measurement.
