Course Introduction
Telecom Automation and Orchestration Course is designed to equip telecommunications engineers, network architects, operations specialists, DevOps professionals, and ICT leaders with the advanced knowledge and practical skills required to automate, orchestrate, optimize, and manage modern telecommunications networks. As communication service providers transition toward software-defined, cloud-native, and highly programmable infrastructures, automation has become essential for improving service agility, reducing operational costs, accelerating service delivery, minimizing human error, and ensuring consistent network performance. This course provides comprehensive expertise in automation frameworks, orchestration platforms, network programmability, and intelligent operations across contemporary telecommunications environments.
The rapid deployment of 5G standalone networks, Open RAN, Network Function Virtualization (NFV), Software-Defined Networking (SDN), edge computing, cloud-native infrastructures, and multi-cloud environments has significantly increased network complexity. Manual configuration and traditional operational processes are no longer sufficient to support dynamic service demands. Participants will learn how intelligent automation, orchestration platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), intent-based networking, and artificial intelligence are transforming network deployment, lifecycle management, service assurance, and operational excellence across telecommunications ecosystems.
Throughout this course, participants will gain practical experience in automating network provisioning, orchestrating virtualized and cloud-native network functions, implementing CI/CD pipelines, integrating APIs, deploying Infrastructure as Code solutions, managing service orchestration, automating network monitoring, and applying DevSecOps principles. Practical laboratories, engineering simulations, deployment exercises, automation workflows, and real-world case studies enable participants to develop immediately applicable competencies for telecommunications operators, internet service providers, enterprise networks, and managed service organizations.
Special emphasis is placed on emerging technologies including AI-driven network automation, machine learning for predictive operations, zero-touch provisioning, digital twins, self-healing networks, GitOps, Kubernetes orchestration, service mesh technologies, Open RAN automation, cloud-native orchestration, autonomous networking, edge automation, policy-driven management, and preparations for future 6G intelligent network operations. Participants will understand how these technologies enable highly adaptive, scalable, resilient, and autonomous telecommunications infrastructures capable of meeting rapidly evolving business and customer requirements.
The course also addresses governance, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, engineering documentation, business continuity, change management, service lifecycle management, network observability, performance analytics, sustainability, and risk management.
