Course Introduction
Organizations today are operating in rapidly evolving social, economic, and political environments where equity, inclusion, and accountability are no longer optional but essential for sustainability and legitimacy. Strategic gender equity is now a core leadership competency required to drive institutional transformation and organizational effectiveness across sectors.
This course is designed to equip leaders with advanced knowledge and practical tools to integrate gender equity into organizational change processes. It focuses on transforming systems, policies, and cultures to ensure equitable participation, representation, and outcomes for all genders within institutions.
Participants will explore how structural inequalities are embedded in organizational systems and how leadership can intentionally dismantle these barriers. The program emphasizes systemic change approaches that go beyond compliance to embed equity into organizational DNA and performance frameworks.
A strong focus is placed on change leadership, enabling participants to guide teams and institutions through resistance, transition, and transformation processes. The course builds capacity in strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and adaptive leadership in complex environments.
The training also integrates intersectional approaches to gender equity, recognizing how identity factors such as age, disability, race, and socioeconomic status intersect with gender to shape workplace experiences and outcomes.
Ultimately, this program prepares leaders to champion sustainable organizational change by embedding gender equity into governance structures, leadership practices, and institutional accountability systems

Training Venue
