Introduction

The ability to communicate strategically and present oneself with confidence is vital to personal and organizational success. The Strategic Communication and Professional Presence course is designed to equip participants with the communication tools, techniques, and presence required to influence, lead, and thrive in a variety of workplace settings.

This course explores the core principles of effective verbal, non-verbal, and written communication, with a strong focus on audience awareness, clarity, tone, and strategic messaging. Through interactive activities, real-world scenarios, and self-assessment exercises, learners will enhance their ability to speak with clarity, write with purpose, and present themselves with confidence in both in-person and digital environments. The course also addresses cross-cultural communication, emotional intelligence, and active listening as essential elements of strategic engagement.
