Course Introduction
Smart regulation enables governments to achieve policy objectives while minimizing unnecessary administrative burdens, compliance costs, uncertainty, and barriers to innovation. As economies, technologies, and citizen expectations evolve, traditional regulatory approaches can struggle to respond quickly enough to emerging risks and opportunities. Smart Regulation and Regulatory Innovation Training Course equips regulators, policymakers, government executives, and public sector professionals with practical approaches for designing, implementing, reviewing, and improving modern regulatory systems.
