Course Introduction

Rural women play a critical role in advancing sustainable development, food security, and community resilience, yet they often face systemic barriers to leadership, resources, and decision-making opportunities. This course on Rural Women Empowerment and Leadership is designed to equip women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to lead effectively within their communities, organizations, and development initiatives.
