Course Introduction

Results-Based Management (RBM) is a strategic approach that focuses on achieving measurable outcomes and sustainable impact in social development programs. This course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of how to design, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs using results-oriented frameworks that ensure accountability and effectiveness.

The program explores how social development initiatives can shift from activity-focused planning to outcome-driven implementation. Participants will learn how to define clear objectives, establish performance indicators, and align program activities with desired social change results.
