Introduction

The Report Writing and Presentation Skills Course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, techniques, and confidence to produce clear, well-structured reports and deliver impactful presentations.   • Designing effective slides using PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Slide design tips: simplicity, readability, consistency

Module 7: Delivering Powerful Presentations

  • Techniques for confident public speaking
  • Body language, eye contact, and voice projection
  • Managing stage presence and audience engagement
  • Handling Q&A sessions and feedback with professionalism
  • Virtual presentation best practices (Zoom, Teams, etc.)

Module 8: Tools and Technology for Communication

  • Digital tools for report writing and collaboration (Word, Google Docs, Grammarly)
  • Online platforms for creating visual reports and dashboards
  • Tools for video conferencing, virtual presenting, and slide design
  • Using AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT) for drafting, reviewing, or summarizing reports
