Course Introduction

Regulatory sandboxes provide controlled environments in which regulators, innovators, businesses, and other stakeholders can test new products, services, technologies, business models, or regulatory approaches under defined conditions. They are particularly valuable where innovation is advancing faster than existing regulatory frameworks and where conventional approaches may create uncertainty, discourage experimentation, or fail to address emerging risks effectively.

Regulatory Sandbox Design and Management Training Course equips government managers, regulators, policymakers, and innovation professionals with practical skills for designing, establishing, operating, evaluating, and scaling effective regulatory sandboxes. Participants will examine how to define sandbox objectives, establish eligibility criteria, develop governance arrangements, determine testing parameters, manage risks, monitor participants, and translate lessons into broader regulatory policy.
