Course Introduction
Effective regulation requires more than well-designed laws, policies, standards, and enforcement mechanisms; it requires reliable evidence that regulatory interventions are achieving their intended results. Regulatory performance measurement enables governments and regulatory authorities to determine whether policies are improving safety, market integrity, environmental outcomes, consumer protection, service quality, compliance, and other public objectives while identifying areas where regulatory performance requires improvement.
Regulatory Performance Measurement Training Course provides participants with practical frameworks for designing, implementing, analysing, and improving regulatory performance measurement systems.
