Course Introduction

Public-sector institutions rely on management information systems to collect, process, store, integrate, analyze, and communicate information required for effective administration and decision-making. Finance, human resources, procurement, service delivery, programmes, operations, monitoring, and planning all generate information that managers need to coordinate activities and assess institutional performance.
