Course Introduction

Public-sector institutions operate through interconnected information systems that support finance, human resources, procurement, planning, service delivery, monitoring, records, programmes, and administrative operations. When these systems function in isolation, organizations can experience duplicated information, inconsistent reporting, fragmented workflows, delayed decisions, and inefficient use of resources.
