Course Introduction
Public sector development programming provides the practical bridge between government strategies, policy priorities, available resources, and measurable development results. Effective programming requires institutions to translate broad development objectives into coherent programmes, projects, activities, budgets, implementation schedules, institutional responsibilities, performance targets, and monitoring systems.
