Introduction

Effective project planning and decision-making rely heavily on rigorous appraisals and evaluations that provide evidence on feasibility, value for money, and long-term impact. The Project Appraisals and Impact Evaluations Course is designed to equip participants with the analytical tools, methodologies, and practical skills needed to assess the viability of projects before implementation and to measure their effectiveness upon completion.
