Course Introduction

Non-Revenue Water (NRW) remains one of the most significant operational and financial challenges facing water utilities worldwide. NRW represents water that is produced and enters the distribution system but does not generate revenue due to physical losses, commercial losses, unauthorized consumption, metering inaccuracies, and billing inefficiencies.
