Course Introduction

Transparency and open governance have become essential pillars of effective NGO management and sustainable development practice. Donors, beneficiaries, regulators, partners, and the public increasingly expect organizations to demonstrate accountability, openness, ethical conduct, and responsible stewardship of resources.
