Course Introduction

In modern development practice, generating results is not enough; NGOs must actively use evidence and learning to guide decisions and improve impact. This course strengthens participants’ ability to transform data, findings, and evaluations into actionable decisions.

Results utilization ensures that monitoring and evaluation outputs are not left unused but are integrated into strategic and operational decision-making processes. Participants will learn how to build systems that promote evidence-driven management.

Many organizations collect large volumes of data but struggle to convert it into meaningful insights for planning and adaptation. This training addresses that gap by focusing on practical learning frameworks and decision-support tools.

Learning for decision-making is a continuous process that strengthens organizational agility and responsiveness. Participants will explore how to embed learning cycles into everyday program management practices.

Effective NGOs are those that adapt quickly to evidence, feedback, and changing contexts. This course equips participants with methodologies for institutionalizing learning across programs and governance systems.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to design and implement results utilization systems that improve organizational performance and development impact.
