Course Introduction

Scaling up successful NGO programs is essential for expanding development impact, reaching more communities, and ensuring that proven interventions generate wider systemic change.

This course provides practical strategies and frameworks for scaling, replicating, and adapting successful programs across different geographical, cultural, and institutional contexts.

Participants will explore how to design scalable models, identify replication pathways, and strengthen organizational readiness for growth and expansion initiatives.

The training emphasizes evidence-based scaling approaches, ensuring that quality, efficiency, and impact are maintained as programs grow beyond pilot phases.

Special attention is given to partnership development, resource mobilization, and institutional systems required to support sustainable program expansion.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to design and implement effective scale-up and replication strategies for development programs.
