Course Introduction
The effectiveness and sustainability of NGO programs depend heavily on their ability to consistently deliver high-quality services, achieve measurable outcomes, and respond effectively to the evolving needs of communities and stakeholders. As donor expectations increase and accountability standards become more rigorous, NGOs must adopt systematic approaches to program quality management and continuous improvement. This course provides participants with practical frameworks, tools, and methodologies for strengthening program quality, enhancing organizational performance, and achieving excellence in development and humanitarian interventions.
Program quality encompasses all aspects of planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, learning, and adaptation that contribute to successful development outcomes. High-quality programs are characterized by relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, inclusiveness, accountability, sustainability, and measurable impact. Training Venue
