Course Introduction

Partnership development is a cornerstone of effective NGO performance, enabling organizations to expand their reach, strengthen resource mobilization, and increase development impact. In an increasingly interconnected development ecosystem, NGOs cannot operate in isolation; they must collaborate with governments, donors, private sector actors, and community-based organizations.
