Course Introduction
Partnership development is a cornerstone of effective NGO performance, enabling organizations to expand their reach, strengthen resource mobilization, and increase development impact. In an increasingly interconnected development ecosystem, NGOs cannot operate in isolation; they must collaborate with governments, donors, private sector actors, and community-based organizations. This course provides practical frameworks for building, managing, and sustaining strategic partnerships that deliver measurable results.
Strategic alliances allow NGOs to leverage complementary strengths, share risks, and enhance innovation in program delivery. However, successful partnerships require careful planning, clear communication, mutual trust, and aligned objectives. Many NGOs struggle with partnership sustainability due to weak coordination, unclear roles, and misaligned expectations. This training equips participants with structured approaches to designing and managing high-value collaborations.
In the modern development landscape, partnerships extend beyond traditional donor-recipient relationships to include multi-sector collaborations involving corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, philanthropic foundations, and international agencies. Training Venue
The training will be held at our Upskill Training Centre. We also offer training for a group (at a discount of 10% to 50%) at requested location all over the world.
