Course Introduction

The development sector is operating in an increasingly complex environment characterized by climate change, technological disruption, geopolitical instability, public health emergencies, demographic shifts, resource constraints, and rapidly evolving stakeholder expectations. NGO leaders are expected to navigate uncertainty while maintaining organizational effectiveness, ensuring accountability, and delivering sustainable development outcomes.
