Course Introduction

Digital transformation is reshaping how NGOs deliver services, engage communities, and measure impact. However, without intentional inclusion strategies, digital transformation risks deepening existing inequalities. Participants will learn how to integrate accessibility, affordability, and usability principles into digital program design to ensure inclusive outcomes for all target populations.

Technology access programs must consider multiple dimensions of exclusion, including gender disparities, disability inclusion, rural connectivity challenges, and socioeconomic barriers.
