Course Introduction
Mental health has become a core leadership responsibility in modern organizations, directly influencing performance, retention, and institutional resilience. This Mental Health and Organizational Leadership Training Course equips leaders with the knowledge, mindset, and practical tools required to integrate mental wellbeing into strategic decision-making and daily management practices.
