Introduction

In multi-sectoral programs and global development partnerships, effective evaluation management requires far more than technical knowledge, it demands advanced leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills. Managing evaluation teams and diverse stakeholders is both an art and a science, requiring the ability to navigate organizational dynamics, political sensitivities, and competing priorities.
