Course Introduction

Strong institutions are the cornerstone of sustainable development, effective governance, and organizational resilience. This Leadership for Institutional Capacity Building Training Course is designed to equip leaders, managers, policymakers, and development professionals with the strategic knowledge and practical skills required to strengthen institutional performance, enhance organizational effectiveness, and build resilient systems capable of adapting to changing environments.
