Course Introduction
Knowledge graphs are becoming an important strategic technology for organisations seeking to structure complex information, connect people, organisations, topics, events, publications, products, locations, and other entities, and make those relationships understandable to both people and intelligent systems. This course introduces public relations professionals to the strategic use of knowledge graph thinking for strengthening corporate narratives, information architecture, digital visibility, stakeholder intelligence, and organisational authority.
Modern public relations operates within an increasingly interconnected information environment in which reputation is influenced not only by media coverage and social engagement but also by how organisations and their associated entities are represented across digital platforms.
