Introduction
The International Tax Law and Transfer Pricing Training Course is designed to provide professionals with in-depth knowledge of global tax regulations, transfer pricing principles, and cross-border taxation strategies. Participants will gain practical skills for ensuring compliance and optimizing international tax planning.
This course explores international tax frameworks, including OECD guidelines, BEPS action plans, and country-specific transfer pricing rules. Participants will develop the expertise to manage tax obligations, align business operations with global standards, and navigate regulatory complexities across multiple jurisdictions.
Through case studies, practical exercises, and expert-led discussions, attendees will learn to structure intercompany transactions, implement transfer pricing policies, and conduct risk assessments. Emphasis is placed on compliance, dispute prevention, and effective documentation to avoid penalties and audits.
The programme also highlights corporate governance and ethical considerations in international taxation. Participants will understand how multinational corporations can maintain transparency, fairness, and accountability in cross-border transactions while adhering to global tax principles.
Emerging topics, such as digital economy taxation, intangible asset transfer pricing, and cross-border tax dispute resolution, are addressed. Participants will gain adaptive strategies for staying ahead of evolving regulations and minimizing exposure to global tax risks.
