Course Introduction

Inclusive Program Evaluation and Equity Impact Measurement Course is designed to equip practitioners with advanced skills in assessing programs through an equity-focused and inclusion-driven lens. The course emphasizes not only measuring results, but also understanding who benefits, who is excluded, and why.

The training explores modern evaluation methodologies that integrate gender, disability, social inclusion, and intersectionality into monitoring and evaluation systems. Participants will learn how to design equity-sensitive indicators and data collection tools that reflect diverse realities.

A key focus of the course is strengthening the capacity of organizations to measure not just efficiency and effectiveness, but also fairness, accessibility, and distributional impact of development interventions across different population groups.

The program also examines global standards and frameworks for equity-based evaluation, including results-based management, theory of change approaches, and participatory evaluation methods that elevate marginalized voices.

Participants will engage with practical tools for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting disaggregated data to identify gaps in service delivery and program impact. Real-world case studies demonstrate how equity measurement transforms decision-making.

Ultimately, the course empowers professionals to become leaders in inclusive evaluation practice, ensuring that programs deliver equitable outcomes and contribute to social justice and sustainable development.
