Course Introduction

Inclusive institutional assessments and equity audits are essential tools for identifying structural inequalities within organizations, policies, and systems. This course equips participants with practical methodologies to evaluate fairness, accessibility, and inclusivity across institutional frameworks.

As institutions strive to improve performance and accountability, equity gaps often remain hidden within processes, policies, and service delivery systems. This course helps participants uncover these gaps using systematic assessment and audit tools grounded in inclusion principles.

Participants will learn how to design and implement equity audits that measure disparities across gender, disability, geography, and socioeconomic status. The course emphasizes evidence-based evaluation approaches that support institutional reform and inclusive decision-making.

The program also focuses on translating audit findings into actionable policy and institutional improvements. Participants will develop skills in reporting, advocacy, and strategic planning to address identified inequities effectively.

Through real-world case studies, participants will examine how equity audits have been used to transform organizations, improve public service delivery, and strengthen governance systems across sectors.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to conduct inclusive institutional assessments, interpret equity data, and design interventions that promote fairness, accountability, and systemic inclusion.
