Course Introduction

Groundwater is a critical natural resource that supports domestic water supply, agriculture, industry, mining, livestock production, and environmental sustainability across the world. Successful groundwater development depends on sound hydrogeological knowledge, accurate aquifer assessment, appropriate drilling techniques, and effective borehole construction practices.
