Course Introduction

Human Rights, Labour Standards and ESG Compliance Training Course is designed to equip professionals with in-depth knowledge and practical competencies to integrate human rights principles, labour standards, and ESG compliance frameworks into organizational operations and global supply chains. As regulatory scrutiny and stakeholder expectations intensify, businesses must ensure ethical, legal, and sustainable practices across all operational levels.

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of international human rights frameworks, including UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, ILO labour conventions, and global ESG compliance standards. Participants will explore how these frameworks influence corporate responsibility, supply chain governance, and organizational accountability in diverse industries.

A key focus of the program is labour standards compliance and ethical workplace practices. Learners will examine critical issues such as forced labour, child labour prevention, fair wages, working conditions, occupational health and safety, and employee rights protection within global supply chains and organizational systems.

The training also highlights ESG compliance integration into corporate governance structures. Participants will gain insights into how environmental, social, and governance requirements intersect with human rights and labour standards, ensuring organizations maintain compliance while enhancing sustainability performance and reputational integrity.

In addition, the course explores risk identification and mitigation strategies related to human rights violations and labour non-compliance. Learners will understand how to conduct due diligence, audits, and impact assessments to detect risks early and implement corrective action plans across business operations and supplier networks.

Finally, the program prepares professionals to lead compliance transformation initiatives within their organizations. Through case studies and applied frameworks, participants will develop the ability to design, implement, and monitor human rights and labour compliance systems that align with ESG expectations and global sustainability standards.
