Introduction

The Green Supply Chain Course is designed to help professionals understand and implement strategies that minimize environmental impact while improving supply chain efficiency and resilience. From raw material sourcing to final product delivery, this course explores how sustainability can be embedded across the entire supply chain.

Participants will gain insights into the principles of green supply chain management, including carbon footprint reduction, energy-efficient logistics, waste minimization, and eco-friendly packaging. The course also emphasizes the importance of life cycle thinking, supplier sustainability, and the role of circular economy practices in closing resource loops. By examining real-world examples and best practices, learners will discover how organizations can enhance competitiveness through greener operations.

The course combines interactive lectures, case studies, and hands-on tools to help participants evaluate environmental impacts, redesign processes, and measure sustainability performance. Learners will explore the use of digital tools such as carbon tracking software, green procurement systems, and data analytics to support informed decision-making and transparent reporting.

Led by industry experts and sustainability practitioners, the course promotes a practical and strategic approach to green supply chain transformation. Participants will also be introduced to global standards and frameworks like ISO 14001, ISO 20400, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that guide sustainable supply chain governance.

Ideal for supply chain professionals, procurement officers, logistics managers, sustainability leaders, and policymakers, this course prepares participants to lead the transition toward environmentally responsible and socially conscious supply chains that create long-term value for both businesses and communities.
