Course Introduction
GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs and Enterprise AI Search Training Course provides a practical and advanced exploration of how knowledge graphs, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic technologies, and artificial intelligence can transform enterprise search. The course focuses on building intelligent search experiences that understand business entities, relationships, context, terminology, and source information rather than relying solely on conventional keyword matching or isolated document retrieval.
Participants will examine how knowledge graphs can create a connected semantic layer across enterprise documents, databases, applications, data warehouses, data lakes, APIs, and content repositories. The program explains how entities, concepts, relationships, taxonomies, ontologies, metadata, and provenance can be modeled and connected to improve information discovery. Learners will understand how graph structures can provide contextual pathways between seemingly disconnected pieces of enterprise information.
A major focus is placed on GraphRAG architecture and implementation. Participants will explore how graph traversal, semantic retrieval, vector search, entity linking, multi-hop reasoning, and large language models can work together to retrieve more meaningful context for AI-generated responses. The curriculum covers practical approaches to selecting graph neighborhoods, constructing retrieval context, combining structured and unstructured information, and connecting generated answers to authoritative enterprise knowledge.
The course also addresses enterprise AI search architecture, including hybrid keyword, semantic, vector, and graph retrieval. Learners will examine how search systems can interpret natural-language questions, identify relevant entities and concepts, expand queries through relationships, retrieve supporting documents, and provide contextually grounded results. Special attention is given to search relevance, precision, recall, freshness, evidence attribution, response quality, multilingual considerations, and user experience.
Enterprise governance, reliability, security, and operational challenges are integrated throughout the curriculum. Participants will explore provenance, access control, privacy, data quality, ontology management, knowledge freshness, source authority, retrieval evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and monitoring. Emerging issues such as agentic search, multimodal GraphRAG, graph-vector convergence, dynamic knowledge graphs, AI-generated knowledge, and intelligent enterprise copilots are also addressed.
By completing the program, participants will understand how to design and implement enterprise AI search solutions that combine connected knowledge with modern retrieval and generative AI capabilities. They will be prepared to develop knowledge graph foundations, engineer GraphRAG pipelines, optimize hybrid retrieval, evaluate search and AI responses, and establish governance practices for trustworthy enterprise search. The course provides a practical pathway from fragmented enterprise information to contextual, explainable, and AI-enhanced knowledge discovery.
