Course Introduction

Government technology investments are increasingly expected to demonstrate measurable improvements in public services, operational efficiency, institutional capability, citizen experience, resilience, and public value. Yet many digital initiatives continue to measure success primarily through budgets, milestones, system deployment, or project completion rather than the outcomes and benefits created for citizens and government institutions. The Government Technology Benefits Measurement and Digital Value Realization Training Course provides public-sector professionals with advanced methods for defining, measuring, tracking, and realizing the value generated by technology and digital transformation investments.
