Course Introduction
Government services increasingly need to respond to changing citizen expectations, emerging technologies, complex social needs, and growing demands for faster and more accessible public administration. Government Service Prototyping and Testing Training Course equips professionals with practical methods for designing, prototyping, testing, and refining public services before large-scale implementation, helping institutions reduce delivery risks while improving usability, accessibility, effectiveness, and public value.
