Course Introduction

Government productivity is central to improving public value, service quality, resource utilization, and institutional performance. Unlike commercial organizations, public institutions often pursue multiple outcomes that are difficult to express through financial measures alone. This course provides participants with practical approaches for measuring productivity across government functions while recognizing the complexity of public services, policy outcomes, regulatory responsibilities, and citizen expectations.

Government Productivity Measurement Training Course equips public-sector leaders, performance professionals, economists, planners, finance specialists, and operational managers with methods for defining, measuring, analyzing, and improving productivity.
