Course Introduction
Government institutions need operating models that translate strategic priorities and statutory mandates into clear structures, processes, capabilities, decision rights, technologies, resources, and measurable outcomes. When an operating model is poorly designed, institutions can experience duplication, fragmented accountability, slow decisions, inefficient processes, capability gaps, and inconsistent service delivery. This course provides a practical framework for designing operating models that improve institutional coherence and execution.
Government Operating Model Design Training Course equips public-sector leaders and transformation professionals with methods for assessing current operating arrangements and designing future-state models aligned with government priorities. Participants will examine how organizational structures, governance, workflows, workforce capabilities, technology, financial resources, performance systems, and external partnerships should work together to deliver public value efficiently and sustainably.
