Course Introduction

Mobile technologies have become an important channel through which governments can provide information, process applications, communicate with users, deliver notifications, facilitate payments, and support access to public services. Government mobile services extend digital administration beyond traditional websites and desktop platforms, enabling people to interact with institutions through smartphones and other connected devices. This course provides a practical framework for planning, managing, improving, and governing mobile-enabled public services.

Effective mobile administration requires more than converting existing websites into mobile applications.
