Course Introduction
Innovation has become an increasingly important capability for government institutions seeking to improve public services, strengthen resilience, respond to complex societal challenges, and use resources more effectively. However, innovation without systematic measurement can make it difficult to determine whether new ideas actually create public value. Government Innovation Measurement Training Course focuses on the distinctive challenges of assessing innovation in public institutions, where success cannot always be measured through conventional financial returns.
