Course Introduction
Government Innovation Lab Management Training Course equips public sector leaders and innovation professionals with practical capabilities for establishing, managing, and sustaining innovation laboratories that address complex government challenges. Innovation labs provide structured environments where multidisciplinary teams can explore new ideas, test alternative approaches, engage citizens, prototype solutions, and generate evidence before scaling interventions.
