Course Introduction
Government digital services increasingly serve as the primary gateway through which citizens, businesses, communities, and public employees access essential information and complete important transactions. As governments expand digital channels, maintaining consistent quality across websites, applications, portals, mobile services, platforms, and integrated systems becomes essential. The Government Digital Service Standards and Quality Assurance Training Course equips public-sector professionals with advanced methods for establishing service standards, measuring quality, assuring delivery, and continuously improving digital government services.
