Course Introduction

Government institutions generate substantial volumes of financial, operational, workforce, procurement, service-delivery, programme, and performance information. Managers must be able to interpret this information quickly and accurately to identify priorities, understand performance, detect risks, allocate resources, and make informed decisions. Effective data visualization is not simply about producing attractive charts.
